How do I place an order?+
Browse our catalog, pick the products you want, copy the SKUs, and send them to us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We'll reply with prices, MOQ, and shipping cost.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ starts from 1 carton per SKU. For mixed orders, total value matters more than quantity per item. We'll let you know if any specific item has a higher minimum.
How do I pay?+
We require 100% payment before shipment. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and USDT (crypto). Once payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order.
What is DDP shipping?+
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything — export, customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to your door. One price covers it all. You just receive the goods.
How long does shipping take?+
Typical transit time is 15-18 days from China to Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan).
Can I mix different products in one order?+
Yes. You can combine hair accessories, kitchen tools, packaging, and any other category in a single order. We consolidate everything into one shipment.
Can I get samples before buying bulk?+
Yes. Samples are available before bulk orders. You pay for the sample and shipping. If you proceed with a bulk order, the sample cost is deducted.
Do you offer OEM / private label?+
Yes. We can arrange custom packaging, branding, and private label for many products. Contact us with your requirements and we'll check MOQ and pricing.
What if the product doesn't match the description?+
We send real photos before shipment for your confirmation. If there's a manufacturing defect, we accept returns with photo/video evidence within 7 days of receipt.
I don't speak Chinese. Can I still order?+
Absolutely. We communicate in English, Russian, and Mandarin. Send your request in whatever language is easiest for you — even just photos work.
